Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
27.5 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
15 ml Applejack brandy bottled-in-bond (50% alc./vol)
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Passoã passion fruit liqueur
10 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
