| 27.5 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 15 ml | Applejack brandy bottled-in-bond (50% alc./vol) |
| 22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 10 ml | Passoã passion fruit liqueur |
| 10 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
