| 25 ml | Irish cream liqueur |
| 15 ml | Chocolate cream liqueur |
| 50 ml | Double cream / heavy cream |
| 5 ml | Monin White Chocolate Syrup |
| 1 barspoon | Nutella hazelnut chocolate spread |
