Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
25 ml Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)
25 ml Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
25 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
20 ml Monin Lavender Syrup
25 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
0.6 ml Rhubarb bitters
