Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
20 leaf Rosemary sprig
12 pinch Salt (sea salt)
12 fresh Egg white
1 slice Lemon peel
67.5 ml Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
40 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml Agave syrup
90 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
