Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
40 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
20 ml Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
