| 60 ml | Patrón Silver blanco tequila |
| 30 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 15 ml | Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur |
| 15 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 5 leaf | Sage leaves |
| 3 wedge | Lime (fresh) |
