Serve in a Wine glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake
30 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
60 ml Grapefruit juice (ruby red)
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
4 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 slice Ruby red grapefruit
