Serve in a Toddy glass
45 ml | Blended Scotch whisky |
7.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
7.5 ml | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
3 dried | Clove |
60 ml | Boiling water |
15 ml | Honey herbal liqueur (e.g. Drambuie) |
