22.5 ml | Rye whiskey (90-98 proof) 45-49% alc./vol.) |
5 ml | Pear purée |
15 ml | Spiced Pear liqueur |
7.5 ml | Elderflower liqueur |
22.5 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
