Serve in a Nick & Nora glass
| 30 ml | Amaro Nonino Quintessentia |
| 22.5 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 30 ml | Bourbon whiskey |
| 22.5 ml | Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) |
| 0.2 ml | Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters |
| 15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
