Serve in a Rocks glass

Ingredients:
22.5 ml Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
40 ml Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
3 Splash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 sprig Rosemary sprig
10 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
7.5 ml Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
