Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Ketel One Vodka
12 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
12 oz Giffard Caramel Toffee liqueur
10 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered salted caramel truffle.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

What Toffee Liqueur do you use for this? The only ones I have found are Dooleys Toffee Liqueur and Tambourine Mountain Wattle Toffee Liqueur, which I can't imagine is your "go to" liqueur in the UK
