Glass:

Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 inch Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice)
12 fl oz Krupnik spiced honey liqueur
1 12 fl oz Barenjager Honey liqueur
12 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
3 fl oz Jasmine tea (cold)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint leaf .

How to make:

  1. MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
  2. Add other ingredients.
  3. SHAKE with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Review:

A very unusual and pleasant mix of flavours.
