Ingredients:
2 inch Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice)
1/2 fl oz Krupnik spiced honey liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Barenjager Honey liqueur
1/2 fl oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
3 fl oz Jasmine tea (cold)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint leaf .
  3. MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients.
  5. SHAKE with ice.
  6. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
