Serve in a Double old-fashioned
4 dash | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
30 ml | Rye whiskey (90-98 proof) 45-49% alc./vol.) |
30 ml | Bourbon whiskey |
7.5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
4 dash | Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters |
2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
