Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
25 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
20 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
3 dash 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Vegan egg white replacement
25 ml Merlot red wine
50 ml Bankhall Sweet Mash
