25 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
20 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
3 dash | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Vegan egg white replacement |
25 ml | Merlot red wine |
50 ml | Bankhall Sweet Mash |
