Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
22.5 ml Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
