Serve in a Flute glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Calvados Boulard VSOP
22.5 ml Canton Ginger Liqueur
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 slice Pear (fresh fruit)
Top up with Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco
15 ml Honey
4 dash The Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas Bitters
