Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
14 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
13 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge.

It's an interesting drink, not only pink in name but also tastes 'pink'. Grenadine-forward with a hint of spice, sweeter than a classic daiquiri but overall well balanced.
