a Collins glass...
1 fresh Ripe peach (skinned and diced)
shot Rose petal liqueur
½ shot Freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ shot Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
Top up with G.H. Mumm Brut Cordon Rouge Champagne BUY

How to make:

MUDDLE peach in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

Sweet and fruity with champagne sparkle. It's peachy!


If using peach purée in place of fresh peach then omit the sugar syrup.
