Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Peach schnapps liqueur
12 oz Ketel One Vodka
12 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
1 12 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare orange slice for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with orange slice.

This was darn tasty made up. Yes, it's a touch sweet served that way. But maybe you wet ice or back off the syrup a bit... But 3.5 stars?!? What the hell are y'all tasting that's off with this?

Quite liked this cocktail, but on second make, got rid of the sugar syrup and topped with soda water.
