1 fresh Eggs (white & yolk)(white & yolk beaten together)
½ shot Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
½ shot Single cream / half-and-half
½ shot Milk

Vigorously SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Dust with grated nutmeg
