Serve in a Wine glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
1 oz Dark/black/blackstrap rum
12 oz Rainwater/Verdelho (med-dry) madeira wine
1 fresh Egg (white & yolk)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
12 oz Single cream/half-and-half
12 oz Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)

Garnish: Dust with grated nutmeg

How to make:

Vigorously SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
