Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Mekhong Thai Flavoured Rum
25 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Agave syrup (agave nectar)
5 gram Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice)
1 cupful Mint leaves
