How to make:
CUT plum into quarters, remove stone and peel. MUDDLE plum in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 fresh | Plum (stoned, peeled & chopped) |
2 fl oz | Slivovitz plum brandy |
1⁄4 fl oz | Noilly Prat Extra Dry |
1⁄4 fl oz | Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup |
