Ingredients:
1 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 fl oz Amaro Santoni
1 fl oz Vermut Lustau Rosé
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Made this with Hendrick's Flora Adora, Belsazar Rosé Vermouth, and Montenegro. Tossed in a squeeze of fresh grapefruit, 3 dashes grapefruit bitters, and topped with grapefruit soda. Love it.
