Serve in a Martini glass
1⁄6 fresh | Melon (Cantaloupe) |
1 1⁄2 oz | Ketel One Vodka |
1 1⁄2 oz | Cockburn's White Heights Port |
1 1⁄2 oz | Cockburn's Tawny Eyes Port |
Garnish: Melon slice
CUT melon into eight segments and de-seed. Cut cubes of flesh from skin of one segment and MUDDLE in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
