Serve in aMartini glass
How to make:
CUT melon into eight segments and de-seed. Cut cubes of flesh from skin of one segment and MUDDLE in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.

|1 1⁄2 fl oz||Ketel One Vodka|
|1 1⁄2 fl oz||Taylor's Chip dry white port|
|1 1⁄2 fl oz||Tawny port (10 year old)|
