Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
14 oz Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice)
13 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Delightful aperitif. Good herbal flavours from the gin with a light hint of lime. Just a hint of sweetness, but that may vary based on the brand of cordial. Was great as a refreshing cocktail before dinner. Will do again.

I must agree with John: it is delightful aperitif!—I used Rose’s and it added the right amount of lime flavor without being overly tart.
