Ingredients:
45 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
15 ml Strucchi Dry Vermouth
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup
7.5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
