Serve in a Toddy glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Bourbon whiskey
22.5 ml Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
15 ml Peller Cabernet Franc Icewine
15 ml Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
120 ml Rooibos tea (hot)
14 pinch Saffron fronds
