30 ml | Strucchi Dry Vermouth |
22.5 ml | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
0.6 ml | Regans' Orange Bitters No.6 |
30 ml | Egg white |
