Ingredients:
1 14 oz Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.)
34 oz White overproof rum (unaged Jamaican/funky)
34 oz Lillet-style Rouge light quinquina
14 oz Hibiscus (sorrel) liqueur
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (discarded) & skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Adapted from a recipe created in 2021 by Kimberly Patton-Bragg at Palm & Pine in New Orleans, USA. Originally served straight-up in a coupe but perhaps more accessible served on-the-rocks.
