Created in February 2023 by yours truly thanks to a comment on our Barney Barnato Cocktail page by a fellow Discerning Drinker called Ben who, due to sourcing issues, had subbed kina aromatised wine for Pineau des Charentes in the recipe. I like the dry quinine notes in the kina so I retained it in this rendition of the Barney Barnato with added Pineau inspired by Ben's comment. Many thanks, Ben.
