1 shot Freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
½ shot Chilled water(omit if wet ice)

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

This unusual Daiquiri leads to with sweet maraschino and finishes with sour grapefruit.

Variant:

With gin in place of rum this becomes Seventh Heaven No.2.

Origin:

Named for Constatino Ribalaigua, who introduced Hemingway to the Daiquiri at El Floridita, Havana, Cuba.
