2 shot Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky
1 shot Martini Rosso vermouth BUY
2 dash Peychaud's aromatic bitters
½ shot Chilled water(omit if wet ice)

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Orange zest twist (discarded) & Luxardo Maraschino cherry

Scotch Manhattan

The Scotch answer to the Manhattan with added complexity courtesy of Peychaud's aromatic bitters.
