1⁄2 fresh | Kiwi fruit (fresh) |
45 ml | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
7.5 ml | Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur) |
45 ml | Pineapple juice |
15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
Top up with | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
