| 45 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
| 12.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 5 ml | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
| 30 ml | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
