This works really well! I'm genuinely surprised this isn't more well-known; it seems like it should be, considering a lot of popular drinks nowadays use unusual but accessible ingredients (ie. ginger root) to make a wide but balanced taste.

Liked this very much, it hints of ginger and strong lime. Quite delicious. (Who knew I would be putting ginger in my drinks!). Might experiment with ginger syrup.

Great hints of ginger, slightly sweet, and nice mixtures of flavours. Would be great anytime, but perfect in the cooler weather. A blend of a cosmo and a Margarita. Perfect.
