Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Bénédictine D.O.M.
30 ml Ketel One Vodka
15 ml Monin Hibiscus Syrup
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Aquafaba or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
1 barspoon Rothman & Winter Crème de Violette Liqueur
