Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
40 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
20 ml Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 drop Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
17.5 ml Cynar artichoke amaro
5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
15 ml Egg white
