Ingredients:
2 oz Blended Scotch whisky
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
3 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of dehydrated orange slice wheel.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Adapted from one of the signature cocktails at Speak of the Devil in Ohio, USA since the bar, which is on West 5th Street, opened in 2017.

Delightful. Very refreshing, but the flavour of the Scotch Whisky does dominate with the lemon adding the citrus hit. We used a local wildflower honey which is a strong honey. Perfect before dinner or anytime.
