Method

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of dehydrated orange slice wheel.
SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

I do not believe in illness, but my dad told me when cold appears you drink tequila until you see two shots as one, eventually I went into Toddys, for the same reason. And this a cold Toddy is smtg a little medicinal, but tasty and charming.

Delightful. Very refreshing, but the flavour of the Scotch Whisky does dominate with the lemon adding the citrus hit. We used a local wildflower honey which is a strong honey. Perfect before dinner or anytime.
