2 oz Poteen/Poitín
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
3 oz Thomas Henry Ginger Beer

How to make:

POUR first 3 ingredients into copper mug/glass and stir. Two-thirds fill vessel with cubed ice. TOP with ginger beer and crown with crushed ice.
