| 1/3 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix |
| 3 fl oz | Thomas Henry Ginger Beer |
Garnish: Mint sprigs bouquet
Serve in a Copper mug or Collins glass
POUR first 3 ingredients into copper mug/glass and stir. Two-thirds fill vessel with cubed ice. TOP with ginger beer and crown with crushed ice.
