| 22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 15 ml | Giffard Fleur de Sureau Sauvage elderflower liqueur |
| 7.5 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 7.5 ml | Giffard Crème de Violette liqueur |
| 0.3 ml | Fee Brothers Grapefruit Bitters |
| 45 ml | Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water |
| 0.3 ml | Bittermen's Scarborough bitters |
