| 30 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
| 15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 15 ml | Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
| 10 ml | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
| 5 ml | Merlet Crème de Pêche |
| 0.6 ml | Peach bitters |
| 40 ml | White tea (cold) |
