Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
50 ml Stewed rhubarb (sieved)
