Serve in a Wine glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Bigallet Thym
10 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
10 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
100 ml Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco
30 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
