3 shot Sorrelade (see sorrelade recipe)
¾ shot Freshly squeezed lime juice
shot Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Serve with straws.

This drink harnesses the flavour of sorrelade and combines it with the traditional strength and bitter sweetness of rum punch. Jamaica in a glass.
