How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Serve with straws.

2 14 fl oz White overproof rum
3 fl oz Sorrelade (see sorrelade recipe)
34 fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
1 12 fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup

This drink harnesses the flavour of sorrelade and combines it with the traditional strength and bitter sweetness of rum punch. Jamaica in a glass.
