South Coast Gin Fizz

Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)

Ingredients:
60 ml Five Islands Oolong Old Tom gin
15 ml Peach schnapps liqueur
15 ml Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne liqueur
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 drop Orange blossom water / Orange flower water
22.5 ml Single cream/half-and-half
22.5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
2 Splash Origin Tea Sneaky Peach Sparkling Iced Tea
