Serve in a Double old-fashioned
| 60 ml | Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.) |
| 15 ml | Amaro Nonino Quintessentia |
| 30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 pinch | Cumin seeds |
| 4 grind | Black pepper |
| 2 pinch | Coriander seeds |
| 7.5 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
