Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Blended Scotch whisky
4 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
12 oz Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of apple slice .
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Serve with a straw.

I just tried this 5-6 times served up, playing with different specs. I initially found the above recipe too sweet with little alcohol presence. If served over ice, all you need to do is up the spirit measure or use an overproof brand (or Laird's BiB?). The apple juice to passion fruit ratio here needs no adjustment.
