| 40 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
| 15 ml | Zuidam Rogge Genever |
| 25 ml | Single cream/half-and-half |
| 15 ml | Egg (white & yolk) |
| 1⁄8 cupful | Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar (white) |
